Biculturalism at Selwyn House School

This example shows evidence of a next step in practice in order to achieve improved student outcomes. This example clearly shows the development of Biculturalism through the reflection on the Bicultural nature (or absence of) currently at Selwyn House School. Through this exercise I reflected on my own practice and how my practice has become assimilated to the 'SHS way'. I know I already have the knowledge and skills to be more bicultural than I am currently and look forward to focusing on this next year.
