Pathway Can we have a pathway for each curriculum area? Example of what we are aiming for at the top, stages/walts/goals up the side How are we making this meaningful for the kids? Move away from using it for behaviour Effective learner Kids need more ownership Feel I have gone back in this area from last year. Needs to be a period of 'training' but feel we should be there now Need to do a lot more talking to kids about this. How can we give kids more ownership? I am keen to return to can dos must dos to give kids more ownership of their learning. How can we then build this into how why where we learn. Reflection on child ownership I want to get kids loving learning and coming to school again, last term was messy for many reasons and I feel I have definitely slipped back into the 'old' way of teaching which I'm not enjoying and neither are the kids. I want to bring the energy back into learning, relax the routines and heighten the expectations...
