Student Voice Term 2

This example shows evidence of a next step in practice in order to achieve improved student outcomes. This example clearly shows improved student outcomes as all three girls had a good understanding of how the pastoral care programme benefits them. I found it interesting that all of the girls could identify a strategy for dealing with problems. I wonder how I could get them to implement these independently away from adults.
