This example shows evidence of  a next step in practice in order to achieve improved student outcomes. This example clearly shows   achievement through standardised testing data. From the 'Where to next' data I can see that I need to focus more on spelling as this was the lowest score across the whole class. I will do this by including a word study/phonics based spelling programme into our timetable for terms 2 and 3.

This example shows evidence of a next step in practice in order to achieve improved student outcomes. From this feedback I have realised that I need to be more explicit in teaching the various components of the IB programme through our UOI. Going forward to I will take more time to unpack the Central Idea, learner profile attributes and concepts as well as referring to them regularly throughout the UOI.

This example clearly shows improved student outcomes through empowering students to become more assessment-capable. Through this course I learnt about how to enable students to drive their own learning through assessment.
